I have raced wera and ccs both while in the cmra.  the club felt the same with either group.  So I think it is just the local club that makes the diference.

ps we also have a wera club in the area and they are good people also.

Last I checked Evelyne is actually WERA and she's not blasting you.  

Som riders might be but please don't accuse WERA of something - just as Zeb got corrected on his statement using CCS rather than saying a CCS racer.

I also looked at the thread and so far don't see anyone blasting you.  Are you as sensitive as Zeb?

Actually I was sitting there the whole time that Indiana Roadracer was talking to the officials and he was way out of line to the point of throwing his cc at the registrar.  She was trying to be nice and he kept going on and on and finally she got pissed back.  Not something I fault her for, I know a lot of the CCS officials and guess what - do the same thing and you'll get the same reaction.  You got pissed because we wouldn't run your card again after we had done so repeatedly and we're out of line?  Grow up.

While I'm at it - what exactly is wrong with us requiring cash when your cc is declined?  We take money for races, you don't give us money we don't let you race.  Your cc company is being nice to you that's great but doesn't help us get our money when the card is declined.

 Mostly I only run Summit Point, but other than class structure, I can't see any real difference. Same guys, same GREAT MARRC corner workers, (AND THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MOVED THE MOUNTAIN)still fun whoever sanctions it. But with a Buell, in WERA, I only ride the ol'guy class. It's a cheap practice saturday. $65 gets me 2 practices and a race. If I learn anything, someday I might catch Darren and Shannon at the real races. ;D

I have got to agree with Brad it sounds like an isolatred case. Most people at one time or another have a bad day. To condem an entire organization for a single incident seems, to me, excessive.

While a valid complaint, where's the credit for having race results caught up through July 14 on July 25?  :P

there should be no credit given. i pay entry fees, and results should be posted. should one get credit for doing what they should? if so, i would like a thank you card every time i pay my mortgage bill.
