Bah.. they do that all the time.  They follow me around and have their little tea parties about what I say over here, and everyone has to comment on it.  Who cares.  I think it's funny.  They follow me around and waste 3 minutes of their life because they give a darn about what I say or do.  It's pretty funny if you ask me.  They all hate me so much, yet none of them even know who I am.  Who in their right mind would waste time to comment on Dan and care what I do.  ???  I like when they threaten me, but 99% of them wouldn't know me if I was standing right next to them.   ;D

Some of us don't follow you around, we just happen to post on the same BBS's that you do.  As for knowing you, your internet shenanigans, constant lying, and questionable remarks towards females were enough to keep me from introducing myself at the concession stand at Grattan.  However, the moderators here seemed to have kept you in check and allowed you to prove you can tell the truth and behave, so kudos.  

As for your drilling fiasco, LP sells pre-drilled magnetized drain plugs and bolt kits.  Not sure what Italian Twin you are riding this time, but Options Italia has a few ti-bits that come pre-drilled. Stay away from the black Vermont American bits at Lowe's/HD/Menards etc, they don't work and bend easily when you put them in a press.  Good luck.

Actually, believe it or not, half the time it isn't even me.  At one point, some guy got banned from the WERA BBS because people thought it was me, and Sean thought it was me.  It wasn't.  If you only knew how many times I've been blamed for things and I had no idea about it nor was I part of it. It's funny because really only a few people know who I am.  Hell, I was at the last WERA Grattan round, spent two days with some WERA racers from down south, shared a garage with them and we helped each other during the endurance race.  They had no idea that I was the "famous BBS Dan" until after the fact and they were completely stumped.  It was kinda funny.  2 days of calling me Dan, and then after the endurance someone who knew me told them I was "the Dan" from the BBS.  They were like :o no way, can't be.
But, I don't care.  I brought it on myself by being a complete jackass on purpose.  I took it too far, and I completely accept that.  But, I find things like this:

absolutely amusing because anyone would even bother to care.  Why?  Who cares what I do and why waste the time?  I'm nobody.  Why waste the 3 minutes talking about me?  It doesn't matter to me.  I could care less what people say or think.  I don't know, maybe I'm just weird but I find it funny.  Then, the threats come, and I've been to several WERA events, and nobody has ever walked up to me and said anything but one person, and he was actually cool.  Oh well, I think it's just ironic, that's all.  

and thanks for the info. I gotta find a solution to getting everything done with the smallest amount of aggrevation.   I'll be riding a 999R or 749R this year. I'm waiting to see the 999R first before I make a decision which one I'm going to get.  Us conercampers need the 150 hp to catch back up to the pack on the straights  ;) ;D

I'll be running a previous champions TLR in Supertwins, and WERA HWTSS and HWTSB.  I'll stick with this one until 2007 until the KTM comes out.
