Hey Guys!
As many of you know, my friend, Zsolt Bencze got seriously injured after the crash in turn4 at Summit in the Heavyweight Superbike warm up lap last sunday. He brake hes neck and his spine got fractured couple of places. Hes been airlifted to Winchester VA Trauma Center.

I just finished talking with him and hes girlfriend Szilvia.
They told me Zsolt got four screws in hes neck last night at the first operation. Everything went well, hes body took the surgery without complications. This morning Zsolt was able to move hes arms and hardly but able to use it to have some food. This is definitely good sign.
At this time /monday 10PM/ he still have no feeling in hes legs, he cant move them at all.
I told him many of yous sent him best wishes and he suprised how many people thinkin about him and this knowledge made him feel even better.
He is really in the deep hole now. He need every little positive thoughts for hes fight. He is extremly strong guy. I know he will do everything to get back on feet, also come back and kicking our ass on the track.

But i know he will need our help too. The rehab gonna cost alot and he cant finance all of this from hes own pocket.
So guys! If anybody can help him anyway he would really apreciate it!

this is horrible to hear. I have met Zsolt many times having been raing the SE region lately. He is a tough guy, so hopefully the rehab will continue in a positive direction.

Wow, this is the first I'm hearing of this. Zsolt is a tough dude, I have no doubt he'll be 100% in record time. If any of you guys need anything, just ask.

Zoli - let me know what I can do - my parents are close by too so we can bring Zsolt whatever he needs.  Tell him my mom will make him some banana pudding...hehe

Call me if anything changes - otherwise I'll call you tomorrow.
