QuoteBecca, Anthony told me you crashed, picked up your bike and continued-that is hard core!  I bet half the guys at the races can't pick up their own bikes.

she did that Topeka too...

Quotegreat class and it sounds like there may be decent LW grids next year.

STL gang was giving it some serious thought at GIR this weekend.  I agree, LW class shoud be picking up nicely in the GP.

QuoteIt's really just my fear of worms that got the bike back on the track. Seriously, I'm terrified of them.

So THAAAAAAATs what you where doing after you fell down at HPT last year in the rain.  You werent pissed off jumping up and down... you were worm stompin!!

Thanks.
Dave Tyrell really deserves the applause, he did awesome in the rain! :thumb:

Thanks Becka, but 1 win and 2 crashes shows I've got a lot to learn.  I'm starting to find white plate speed, but I'm still making yellow plate decisions.  Thanks to everyone who helped put the bike back together!

Glad everyone had fun and came home safe.  I now know that I need to carry a bag of worms with me on the bike.  Bring them out when Rebecca tries to make a pass.

Personally I am terrified of fast pink bikes that fly by me in the turns.  I am seeking help but....it just keeps going threw my head.

BTW, Becca's been on fire for awhile.
Sorry, haven't really watched the lw classes but at MAM
it is pretty easy to watch in the grand stands.  It was
some great racing.  Temps were ok, 55-65.  It was kinda
like HPT in April during the team challenge and gt races.

BTW-I'm about 90% I'll be riding LW next year-great class and it sounds like there may be decent LW grids next year.

Hmmmm.....I'm told that there will be a big LW grid next year....Clayton is promising 8 from Ducati Omaha himself......if that really happens...I may be back as well.

Crap!  I was hoping to buy all your old race parts cheap.

Anyway, do it!  You know its fun and more importantly, affordable.

Clayton said eight people.....I told him when I get eight certified phone calls or emails.....I'll put the R6 on the auction block and buy another SV.

I waited around all day Sunday for my Supertwins race only to have it cancelled due to weather.  I didn't know a race could be cancelled do to weather.   We raced in strong winds and hail at HPT with out even a delay.

Maybe I should rethink selling the SV?

That sucks Richard. One more race/class they've taken away from you. :finger:
