A mirror image of last year.  It was crappy on Sat, and miserable on Sun.  A little bit of dry racing on Sat, all rain on Sun.  Minimal (if any) crashes on Sat, lots on Sun.  Nobody really got hurt that I know of though.

although weather was crappy, it was some of the best
racing i've watched all year.  Beca was on fire and diced
it up in nearly every race she was in, winning most of them I think.  All the racing was really close for the most
part and my favorite ride of the weekend came from
watching Jason Farrell.  He started from pit road after
the second wave of amatures left and still made it up to
somewhere around 10th in the experts in only 8 laps,
quite impressive to watch.

It rained, it sucked, and my friend went to the hospital with several things torn and fractured in his sholder.  No surgery though.

Did I mention that it rained?

I hate the rain.

F@#$ rain!  That sucks and I'm sorry to hear that.  What were the temps like?  That was the nail in the coffin for me last year, it was damn near frezzing drizzle.

BTW, Becca's been on fire for awhile.

Thanks.
Dave Tyrell really deserves the applause, he did awesome in the rain! :thumb:

Is there anyone who raced on Sunday who didn't crash? It seemed like everyone went down at some point.

I decided to toss myself with my new suit, new gloves, and new bike down the track into turn 1...tons of fun :thumb:  I even rolled around the parking lot with the new suit on to try to break newness off of the suit...that sh!t don't work.

was it raining when you rolled around in the parking lot?  Alot of the demagnatizing of fresh leather/paint has to do with "like condtions".

Becca, Anthony told me you crashed, picked up your bike and continued-that is hard core!  I bet half the guys at the races can't pick up their own bikes.

Dan, that RC is jinxed, sell it quick and go back to SV!  BTW-I'm about 90% I'll be riding LW next year-great class and it sounds like there may be decent LW grids next year.

Oh yeah! :boink:

It's really just my fear of worms that got the bike back on the track. Seriously, I'm terrified of them.  All that mud, I know they were out there.
