A quick list of things people usually forget include, but are not limited to  ;D, air tank, fuel cans, helmet, gloves, leathers (yes leathers), ignition key (big one), tire gauge, zip ties, duct tape, and tools needed to remove wheels.  You'll find if you write it all down, you'll take some mental stress off of yourself.  Good luck and have a blast!!!

That's how I was 2 years ago.

Last year, I was done with the bike about a month ahead of time and packed up a couple of days ahead of time.

This year, well...  As posted, I just found out the bike runs last night :-)

Next year I'm sure I'll be doing major work at the track

I come home last night and the gas tank is back on the bike and I ask Paul.  Well, does it run?  He say's "It needs oil in it first."   ::)  Maybe tonight he will fire it up.

This is Stumpy's wife filling in for Stumpy as he is otherwise occupied packing up and going nuts! (He's a wreck.)  

Pierre...My husband, Stumpy (Greg), and his pal Johnson are taking the Thursday class, too.  This is Greg's first year racing, too.  Greg has an F4i and Johnson an F3 so I'm sure you'll get to know them.

Good luck to everyone!  I'm going down Thursday night as work will not permit me to leave this early.  I can't wait for the season to begin!!!!  It must be summer right???

Dawn, didn't you guys do a rebuild on the SV? How was it looking? What were the "worst" areas? Anything NEED, or close to needing replacement?

The valves and seats looked good so nothing was rebuilt.   If you want, come and talk to Paul between or after practices on Friday.  We should be at BHF late Thursday night.

got it cranked last nite, with the help of a kind gentleman, brian, at valley racing in dolton il.   he's going racin too, louisiana buell drag racin... he took a lil extra time for me (couldnt take seein a grown man cry) (and i was whalin!!!) :'(

 ;D he traced the line, got out his trusty voltmeter (gotta get me one of those, must be a new invention)  what'd ya know? no power to the fuel pump ??

no more discussion necessary ...... im rollin !!!

half way packed sunday, got about a hour of packing to do when im off work at 5:30 today, then i'll take a deep breathe, check everything over again,

and bye bye regular world !!!!!!!!!!
