Sounds like an excellent movie, but I can wait until the DVD comes out.  ;D

don't wait.  i just got back from watching this movie.  absolutely fantastic movie.

really captures the racing spirit and the comradare of the people in the racing world.  go see it.

Go see this movie. I laughed, I cried, I was inspired. And the old fart gets some tail! If that's not inspiring to y'all, I don't know what is! ;)

Seriously, Hopkins loses himself and becomes Burt Munro, completely. Best movie I've seen in a while, and we see a lot of movies. And yes, there is much of the privateer spirit throughout the film. Highly reccomended, don't wait for the DVD.

Saw the movie tonight at the Downer. Great stuff. I'll buy the DVD so I can watch it again.

Ran into some friends at the theatre unexpectedly so the evening turned into drinks and dinner after at the Troccadero on the east side. Too bad it's a Sunday or we would still be there.............. work comes early tomorrow.

Dave, Mapquest St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee and go about four or five blocks north on Downer Ave. The theatre is on the right, you can't miss it. There's a public parking lot right across the street.

Oopps, the theatre actually is on your left as you're going north on Downer............and it's like 2 blocks not 4or 5. Hey, I said we had drinks tonight.

Great flick.  I actually got annoyed with Tony Hopkins' (SIR Anthony Hopkins to the rest of you) character and dreaded every time he had a line.  He was hard of hearing.  Seemed like every (or 90%) line he stared with "Huh?" or "What was that?".  The sign of great acting.  You get so cought up in the portrayal that you get upset or identify with the character.
