Hey Matt/Patrick

One day I shall return to AZ (not on a Duc!). All is well and I've just started walking without crutches. I even rode a few laps at Thunderhill yesterday - slowly but at least I rode. I hope to see you guys at Streets or Buttonwillow - I haven't given up on CCS and am intrigued to see how many times Tristan will lap me :-)

There he is!  I was looking for your name in the WSMC results . . . I just figured you were in Hawaii or something.  Great to hear you're walking again.  I don't think the SW region races out at Streets again until December (the CCS schedule is so hard to follow on the website), but whenever it is, I'll be there to hastle you in the GTO race.

Simon - Good to hear from you! Sorry about your mishap, but I'm glad you're getting around and riding again! Maybe I'll try to make the Dec race, although I won't be hastling anyone like Matt can, I'll play my role as the backmarker and make y'all miserable as you lap me. ;D

Matt- Good to see you Sunday and railing around with you... until the straight... :-/ See you in a couple weeks at East.

Good luck and I hope you show Matt the way around  ;D  Anyone that deserts the desmo club deserves nothing less.

Crashing at Willow Springs was still $ 7,000 cheaper in bike repairs than my last ill-fated expedition to Firebird and I didn't even get the chance to crash there! :o - so you see my reluctance to return.
