Brent It doesn't matter what kind of windscreen you have  :o :o :o :o :o :o

It does say streamlining is not legal, but in that case a speed hump on the leathers would be illegal too :-/ Haven't heard of any problems though.

streamlining on the RIDER isn't legal.  :D

It's not a speed hump, it's for safety.  ;)

double bubble is NOT legal in WERA superstock (new rule for 04) becuase it does not follow OEM bodywork shape. It is said to offer an aero advantage.

I am not sure the CCS ruling though. maybe something that rest with the head tech.

In the MW we ran it last year with no problems.

In CCS, that would fall under "THE NO WHINING CLAUSE" if someone protested based on that

interesting, in CCS Supersport, "any bodywork may be used".

in FUSA Sportbike:
"Any fairing may be used provided it is made of plastic, fiberglass or carbon fiber and it follows the shape and
silhouette of the OEM bodywork."

that may be questionable.

Your mileage my vary.

Terms and conditions apply.

Last year for most of the early part of the season, I was using a special prototype screen that I made.  It had a lot less frontal area on it, so I think it increased my speeds.

HEY!  Who filed the sharp edges off that screen?  ME!!!  That was MY design! ;)
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
