I emailed but haven't called yet.....I love the people of CCS....but some of the processes are a little less then stream lined.

what about if we do 2 contigency forms, take them both to tech and have the tech person who took them sign and date the bottom of one so you have a reciept? you think that would work.

I emailed ccs about summit money. They did reply,  about 1 week later. They said the check would be in the mail within the next week or two.

I think that would work.....but with a stamp or seal, so there is no accusations of fudging it

Seems to be a reasonable request for a receipt of some sort.  Do you think that is not why they are not paying?  I'm surprised no one has asked where the $$ is.  It could be that the organization is having issues.  Shouldn't be shocking to anyone.  Higher costs,  less riders.  CCS needs to rethink their business plan and prove to the riders that they are trying to work it out.  The purse money should be in an account before the race,  unless a race is protested checks should be awarded at the end of the event.  If for some reason they do not have the money until we all pay entry fees post date the checks (not sure legality of this) until credit cards clear etc.  I would not hand out checks until late Sunday.  This may generate a few extra $$ for CCS and vendors since people are going to wait for their money.   It needs to be a conscious effort,  at this point I here nothing positive about CCS in  the paddock,  more riders talking about less racing next year,  vendors not making enough money to make it worth the time.   No riders, no vendors, no CCS.  I'm fairly convinced it has very little to do with lost forms.

the stamp thing could work but you would have to convince CCS to make a stamp and use it.

You really have a good "rant" thread going here too Xfactor.
Your wrong.. No money paid in any GP class except Unlimited GP (and it is sad they pay Am riders cash). FL region CCS pays money in gp classes but ONLY to Expert riders. Get your paperwork in correctly, get verification from a tech official everything is in order before you roll out, check your result sheet, don't expect money or contingency awards in classes that dont pay, and you should be all good. Check the result sheet next time to verify your sponsors are listed next to your name. That is the #1 cause of riders not getting awards.
