yeah, i have the results, they (CCS) agree on my 3rd place finish, but say I didn't hand in any paperwork; and that was after they told me I didn't at Summit, 2 races earlier......don't you think I would make damn sure I ASKED and HANDED in paperwork to the correct people?, I even had 2 witnesses when getting tech'd.  And in-between those two races (Summit and Barber) I won at Jersey and got fifth, got paid for that race weekend.    strange........somethings got to be done to get confirmation of handing in your contigency paperwork. I think the carbon copy is good idea.
