Hope this wasn't already posted. I've been blind with rage and I can't see straight.

The helmet law in Missouri was repealed by both houses. It was sent to the gov. He originally said he didn't have an opinion on it. Well he vetoed it.

My opinion on him is, fuck him and fuck the AMA too. Just keeping the issue alive so they can rack in more money the next time it comes up.

I walked door to door for this turn coat bitch ass ho, so he would get elected (not related to the helmet law) and he has to stick it up my booty?  Well screw him. What happened to freedom?  What could I really expect from a cow state that has no racetrack?

Fuck the AMA too for spending thousands in Jefferson city and not getting shit done. They suck too and I'm not giving them a dime.

I was just reminded of all this because I just ran into a state rep and she said she told me so. Well fuck her too.

If you can eat fatty cheese burgers and explode your heart, I should be able to crack my head open.

LOL!

Well, yeah.  It's a funny way of attacking the problem of bad ideas, but I agree with you.

Freedom is freedom.  It's being continually thrown away.  Buy what you can now to protect your rights.

So all this pissing in moaning is because the helmet law is still in place?

You a racer or some silly Harley rider who says he's not "free" until he can feel the wind in his thinning air on the hi-way. Wear a helmet and get over your self.

I live in Missouri, and was kinda hoping it would go through... now granted,  I think if you don't have the sense to wear a helmet on a motorcycle, you're a genuine idiot... but there are a lot of people waiting on an organ transplant.  One idiot could save 4 or 5 people.

I agree with your rant on the AMA though.  A money wasting, serving POC... somehow they're not competant to run a race series but they are competant to represent me in the capital?  Gimme a break!  Didn't I just see where a former AMA chairman was arrested in Ohio for stealing $100K from the membership?

AMA and AMA pro racing dont have a damn thing do with each other. And yes they are capable of representing motorcycle riders in the capital. If you dont want to be represented then dont buy the membership. They have been doing it for a long time, and doing it pretty well all in all. Sure they have had their crooks and tards just like everyone else, but they have done a lot for those of us who ride their motorcyles.

What exactly are you refering too? Just curious which part of this story is "socialisms" fault? Or was it Obama who caused this as sitting head of Missouri's government? maybe it was from in his senate seat? Do you mean how the law is now the exact same as it used to be? Ya know the one in place under those damn socialist republicans for the past 8 years!!!!  :wah: Ive heard so many ill informed people start yacking about "socialism" when it doesnt even begin to fit the subject matter, that im thoroughly convinced less than 10% of them even know what the fuck socialism is.

They don't any more.  Almost everyone paying attention thought that the "real" AMA ran it terribly. The sale of AMA pro-racing to DMG was hailed by many as new era in US roadracing.  (Unfortunately, it seems that DMG is willing to apply the rules just as unevenly)  And AMA has had more than their fair share of shady characters in recent years... perhaps due to their close ties to politics and all that bribery... oops, I meant to say lobbying... yeah, that's what I meant to say!

Thankfully AHRMA doesn't require an AMA membership to race anymore... so I won't be renewing that.  I just wish I could get them to stop sending me that pathetic excuse for an advertisement... I mean magazine!

But yeah! WTF on the socialist america thing???  Somehow Obama's responsible for the helmet law not being repealed?  Somebody's been watching too much Fox News!
