Why aren't all the classes (lap times) listed from Sundays Barber events?

Thanks,

Dennis

The lap times from Summit in July still arent up.   :jerkoff:

For some reason CCS just cant seem to get it together with lap times.  I have called a few times asking about the Summit Point stuff, and got a different answer every time.

I was talking to the race staff and know that they had some problems with the scoring loop on Sunday and had to go with manual scoring
Not sure which races were effected, but they were chasing some technical gremlins

As long as they get the finishing order correct I would consider their obligation met. Want to know your laptimes...buy a laptimer, they're cheap and you can check your own laptimes as much as you want.

Got 2 lap timers, don't use them during a race, distracting, I only use them as a training tool- too many guys pay more attention to their timers during a race than they do the upcoming turn.

I heard a rumor that CCS was looking at a new timing and scoring system.

It'll send you text messages as you complete each lap with your laptime, lap speed, running position in the race, how far you're behind the bike in front of you, revised braking points for each corner that you need to use to make up the difference, and number of laps left on your tires!

I don't use them during races either, but when you get off your bike you can look back at what you did. You can even mount the thing on your tail section if you think it will be too much of a distraction. Some timers offer you the ability to download your times to your computer so that you can document your progress.

Yes we always offer deals on lap timers, go ahead and email me at Rob@Lithiummotorsports.com with what you are looking for and I'll send you back pricing.

Obligation met?
We could term this an "after sales support" issue.  If you are providing lap times for the races, you should try to, you know, provide them all the time.  It isnt at all difficult, nor is it time consuming.

Except when the timing loop has problems and you manually score races............

True.

Now how do you explain the lack of Summit Point times, which both Kevin and Eric both say are available on their computers?
