Actually The motorcycles are limited to the bore and stroke of the original motorcycle that was homgolated.in this case the Ducs are limited to 1098.

i believe the 1098R is homologated, and it is something along the lines of 1198 .

You are correct 1198.4 cc Than that would be the limit according to the rule. And so was Mongo
