As far as I know there aren't any double points weekends this year with TA
Noid, if you want to run a full series run Trackaddix.  I think there are 7 rounds all within 8 hours of St. Louis
Topeka -5ish
MAM-6ish  2X
Road A-8ish
Gateway-20minutes :)
Hastings-7ish-8ish 2X

If you run the MW series you'll go to Blackhawk 6 times which is about 6 hours away and have Topeka, Road America, Hastings and MAM in there.  Thats 11 rounds.  Figure a grand each weekend at least and you're looking at least a 4 grand difference.

Thats a lot of pee stops!  If you go I-29 north to Nebraska City, highway 2 to Lincoln, then I-80 over, and highway 34 down to Hastings, its only 5.6 hours(420 miles/75mph average if you're doing 80 on the 4 lane) of driving.  BTW, is 80 less fast with a trailer?

you must be going the wrong way
Starting at downtown STL after you get on 70 and I live in West county so you can knock about 15-30 minutes off of that and we all know mapquest is WAAAY generous on the amount of time it will take.

That's how we go.  I swore it took 7.5 hours the last time, and we only stopped to refuel.  Guess I pee too much.

I agree with the first few posters, I was going to estimate with the practice day $4,000.00, hotels aren't cheap down there and either is anything else.  You can cut about 600 off the 4G's if you only race one race.

It equates to about a half a season of racing when all is said and done.

$4000   :ahhh:   ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!

I was planning on around $1200, all inclusive!!!!
Can you break down your costs so I can see what I am not taking into account???  Pretty please???
