Although I don't know the details, K3 called today to let me know and I thought I should pass it on.  Perhaps someone could shed more light on how we lost this wonderful friend.

I just can't believe it...I'm hoping it's a bad rumor.  K3 was on his way to the funeral, though.  Can someone who knows him well contact Sean?
