Man Greg.  I just don't know what to say.  I really don't want to tell you this, but I know you'll find out eventually anyway, so I guess it's best if you hear it from me.  There's really no way to sugar coat this, so I'll just come right out and say it.  I slept with Rosno.
I never meant for this to happen.  We were all at the dealer show, having a good time.  We'd been to a killer steakhouse and had a great meal.  The beers were good, too.  I got back to the room a bit fuzzy.  Dave was still out there somewhere on the road from Wisconsin.  I crawled into bed drunk and happy, thinking I'd be sleeping with Kim.  I knew you'd be OK with that, so I wasn't worried.  But then I woke up next morning, and there was DAVE ROSNO under the sheets with me!
Man, talk about a rude awakening!  I didn't know whether to wake him or chew my arm off!  I was repulsed, but it was a little late for regrets at that point.
Stumpy, you know you're my guy.  I never meant for it to go down like this.  Please understand that this was just an Indy thing.  I don't want what happened to drive you and I apart.  We've really got something special between us, Greg, and I don't want to lose that.  I just hope you can forgive me.
I guess if you do decide to kick me to the curb, at least we'll always have Marquette....
