Plastic grippy things?

Hey,

I've seen some bikes with sheets of grippy or nubby plastic on the side of the tank to help keep the rider on board when hanging off -- they're used on the California Superbike bikes, too.  Anyone know what are they called and who makes them?  Thanks,

Stomp pads were originally used in snowboarding, and have found a use as a "rider aid". They shouldn't harm your leathers.

Please DO NOT use Skateboarding Grip tape, which is similar to sand paper and can wreck the Keprotec on the inside of your leathers.

man, good post, i was just about to post the same question... need those stomp pads to eliminate steering input when braking hard for the chicane @ daytona.

I just did a google on it and it seems that motorcycle superstore is the only guys that carry it. Got a problem though, they have 15 different models all withing a price range of $30-$36... not sure which part number to get???? I ride a cbr600rr, any suggestions?

is this stuff sold by the square foot or inch?

Stomp Pads and Stomp Grip seem to be 2 different products.
