For those who don't know, Steve Servis suffered a broken neck in a crash during a CCS race at Homestead.
Jennings GP will donate 35 percent of the track profit to the Steve Servis Medical fund on Sunday March 20, 2005.
Martinelli Morotorsports and Wizard Racing will be there doing discounted Race licensing as well as rider enhancement at a discounted rate with the proceeds going to Steve.
So put the word out lets try to fill the place, as always call ahead and pre-reg for both the track and the race school.

We are also trying to put together some type of fundraiser for Daytona, with a raffle, so for those of you with motorcycle shop connections lets get some donations. We are looking for any other suggestions to raise loot for Steve. Any info or ideas can be emailed to wizardracing@cfl.rr.com or gmartinelli@cfl.rr.com.

Thank you for your time

Hi Everyone! I am Nicki, Steve's "cousin". Yes Last Night I was at Quaker Steak and Lube collecting money for Steve's medical fund. We do need to airflight him home from Miami which will cost anywhere from 2500 to 6000 dollars plus everything else that he needs (wheelchair, walker, showe chair, as well as whatevr lese that hoe insurance will not pay for). There are going to be continuing expenses until he is completely cured if he is able to be. The last word as of about an hour ago was that he has to stay down there for another week or so in their Rehab Center. They had him sitting in a wheelchair today and he told his parents that now that he is not laying in a bed all day that he is starting to feel more. However, this is not the end of the road. For several months he will have to stay in a rehab center closer to home (in the Clearwater/St. Pete) area once again learning how to walk. He really apprecates everyones thoughts and prayers. If you would like to get any messages to Steve feel free to e-mail me at Mynicki@aol.com. I am going to set up a paypal account for Steven's Medical Fund within the next several days. If you have any questions about this please e-mail me. I am also going to be arranging a poker run in conjunction with Quaker Steak and Lube with in the next few weeks. Also, I am going to help coordninate something at the Daytona races in a couple of weeks. Thank you everyone for your concern. I will be posting updates as soon as I receive them. Nicki

Anyone that wants to donate money for Steve  can also do so by credit card on line at www.wegmanfund.org or checks thru snail mail. We will keep a seperate accounting for him. This is all part of what we do.

I will contact Nicki and see what his most immediate needs are and help out with what we can.

The fund raisers and all are great but we have funds readily available for immediate needs that insurance won't cover. We also can help later after insurance is exhausted.

I am glad to hear that. Please keep us updated regarding his travel plans back to St Pete. Thank you.
