Has anyone heard anything about the shenandoah circuit, like if its finally done, safety issues, etc. The last i heard there was safety issues all over the track. No runoff areas, concrete car barriers right next to the track, so on and so forth. I understand that there are 2 races on that track for this year. Was there any changes made to make the track safer???

There are many folks who have varying opinions but there are only about 4 people have ever actually been on the track.

Well, i hope that they make the changes they said they were going to do, because as the track stands right now....damn that thing sounds scarry. Don't wanta sound like a wuss, but armcos right next track scars the $&!t outa of me.  :o   Thats the whole reason i stoped riding on the road so i wouldn't have to deal with guide rails. We'll see what happens i guess.

Better to be a live wuss any time. Don't appologize for being safety minded. That place is a concrete jungle but they are commited to trying to fix it, so we'll see.......
