Yeah, but that's the fun stuff.  The blind corners   :D

Yeah, I'm outta here too.  Going off to watch the Patriot's lose my money  :P

Dan, now that Grattan has folks that can actually count, the bowl became turn 8 and 10b became turn 12 last year (see http://www.grattanraceway.com/thetrack.html).

As an FYI, per Bob - as of last month anyway - Fasttrax won't be at Grattan this year and they no longer have any connection w/ CCS.  I know the CCS schedule has Fasttrax listed as a sanctioned region, but hey.  That same schedule has all the races as Sunday-Monday events and has them sharing the track with WERA in August. ???

Hmm... that sucks.  :(  I guess I'll just be doing trackdays at Grattan this year  :(

Maybe next year Grattan can be included...   :'(

H, you going to RA in April?

Nyet.

I'm not good enough to make traveling around to race a worth while thing.

A couple words of advice I'll give ya though.  Pack your polypros and pick up a pair of these http://www.newenough.com/tour_master_coldfront_carbon_gloves_page.htm

I'll just stick to BeaveRun, Grattan, Gingerman & Nelson.

Maybe an ocassional ACC or BHF.  But now that Illinois has raised the toll charge - esp. for non card holders - and I have a dbl axle trailer >:(, I may have to win the lottery to be able to get to BHF and back :(

I know! I think Illinois hates visitors. You should live on the Wisconsin side. They have the tolls, but then going back north towwards the state line, they have off ramps to the north, but no on ramps. So apparently, they're trying to make it difficult to escape from Illinois as well. Couldn't someone just build a bridge over the entire atate?

Do or do not, there is no "try".

We'll if we go, you can always ride with us  8)  Trailer is big enough, and when 4 or 5 people split the gas/hotel, it's not too bad.

Who is "we"?

Hmm... early April in Wisconsin.  60+ mph windchill (when on the bike in the slower turns).  And on top of all that, trapped for about 10 hours (each way) in a vehicle listening to you.

Not that I don't appreciate the offer Dan, but... uh... lemme get back to you on that one.

The same guys that I always ride with.  I'll update you as we find out who's going.  And, you won't be listening to me.  We'll be sitting back watching movies (IOMTT and such) and if the motorhome is what we're taking, we sleep and drink beer  8)

or, you could just throw your bike in our trailer, and meet us there  :)  My trailer is 8.5 x 20 so we've got plenty of room.

Hey H!

Yeah, Dan should have plenty of room.  After all, he only packs about 5 gal. of race fuel for a weekend for two riders and no spare parts!  Not to mention the imaginary race bikes, they don't take up much room either! ;D
