SD....you convinced me to look at the Soumy as an alternative to the Aria's which  fit me far better than the Shoei's.

How do I tell which modles have the Arai fit???

Sizing is kind of similar, but not exactly the same.

Some Arai's, i use a small, some a medium.

The Suomy Gunwind, I was a medium.

I fit a small in the Spec1R...but Adam has it right.

Padding can be removed and replaced with different sized to really custom fit the helmet.  Everyone's got different cheekbones, etc.  You can strip the inside out and wash it.

I got a Spec1R Extreme.  It's got nicer paint, but the real plus is the iridium/hydroponic shield.  It's basically a clear shield with yellow iridium on it.  Totally cuts the glare.  Really was a wet weather shield, as there is a coating on the shield to keep water from sticking.  I love the UV cutting though in just about all conditions other than using a tinted shield in really sunny conditions.
