I'd love to be able to make an exception, but for a decline the new 'received' date is the date the charge goes through.  Sorry!   :-[

im just bustin.  i dont care....a number is a number.  funny stuff.  someone should of called me though! lol.  Thanks for all your help with this tiff!  i appreciate it! ;D  at least its settled.  now wheres my number!?  ;)

The list is now far too large for me to post everyone that we have.  I can tell you that all licenses received by March 10 have been created and mailed.  They are all in large manilla envelopes, so give it a couple of extra days.  The last grouping (I believe the Ws) went out on Monday morning.
