Motorcycle Racer training on FitTV

Did anyone else catch the club racer on Fit TV's Housecalls last night?

The show was kind of goofy, but we couldn't believe it when they said they were going to tailor a program for a motorcycle road racer!  I think we saw a CCS trophy in his garage and his bike was #80.  He had a 250 in the videos.  

Pretty cool, though!

I'll have to check it out. How was it goofy? Always good to see the sport featured somewhere.

I don't know, it was just a little goofy.

They were going to go around his house and find stuff he could use to work out, but apparently they didn't find anything good because they bought him a new Bowflex instead.

Well all the workout stuff (except for his road and mountain bicycles and the spinner thing) are down at Joe's Gym so that is not a problem!!!

Well......I have to admit, the price was right ;D

I don't mean to slam anybody who has bought a Bowflex either. But there are a lot of choices that would be a smarter investment.

the last thing that will help you accomplish your fitness goals is ANYTHING THAT'S ON TV OR IN A DEPT STORE!!!  the horror stories we hear about this stuff on a daily basis is at times overwhelming...
