Has anyone ever received these things or are they a fiction?  I should have about $125 in contingency from VP and have yet to see anything  ???

they pay cash, and i've always gotten my money from them about 2-3 months after the event

Cash is good. I got a check about a month after Homestead ROC.

They mailed me mine too.....who did you get your VP from?  I think they have to mail stuff in too....
