There is an awesone product out by Respro, called the Foggy Breath Guard. It installs in most all full face helmets and IT WORKS!
Recently, motorcyclist magazine tried it at the Isle of Mann and gave it an awesome review in the last issue.
You can check them out at www.streetandcomp.com

I had one of those on my Shoei and it was reall nice, but I couldn't get used to the feel on my face.  I was at Topeka last year and of course it rained so I was fogging up horrible.  I was having to crack the visor on the straits to clear it out....and it was definatly taking away from my concentration.  I talked w/ Robb at Lithium and asked if he has something to help.  He tossed me a Fog City (I think that's what it was called) and said try this.  I never fogged up the rest of the year.  Those things rock....  If you don't want something sitting on your nose all year give Robb a ring and try this out.

#2
Fog City fog shield.  A plastic lens that applies with stickum to the inside of your visor, and absolutely will not fog ever, no matter what.
Available through ::::SPONSOR PLUG:::: SUOMY USA!
I've even gone snowmobiling with a Fog City shield, and couldn't get it to fog.  The only down side is that if you like to ride with your visor up, the wind can unstick the shield at highway speeds, and then the shield is junk.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

Best product I have ever found is a blue cream sold at the fair by a company called World Optical. It is the place that always says here let me clean your glasses for free.

Stuff works great had a car that had no blower motor all winter and put that on the inside of the windows no more fogged windows no matter how many people we stuffed in that 60's musclecar.

I used the same stuff last year and it did work great. I had no issues at the FUSA weekend last year for the WHSB rain race or for those cold TD. It comes in a spray and cream.

Stumpy uses Fog City, too and fogging up was never an issue.  He just has it installed on his clear shield which he only uses in rain/cold anyway.

I used to wedge an earplug in between the visor and chinbar.

Then I started wearing a Suomy... and haven't had fogging issues AT ALL.  And I tend to breathe a lot.
CCS AM 815... or was that 158?

Jeff

I've used the fog city with good success.  On the Shoei helmets, they have an optional breath deflector for like $10.  I now use that as I can swap screens without worrying about an extra fog city.

The respro mask looks good (been looking at it for a few years) though...

Try this one out. It is a hockey trick for the clear plastic visors that tend to fog up real bad when you are skating.

Take some dishwashing liquid
(Yes, dishwashing liquid)  :o
..and put a couple drops on your finger.
Rub it on the inside of your visor.
Buff it off with a soft cloth.
It leaves a thin film on your visor and it won't fog up as easily.

Make sure your finger is clean and the cloth is clean or you will scratch the crap outta your sheild.
