I can say first hand  :( that a serious wreck is expensive. . . like about $90K expensive!

And, insurance companies don't like to pay for high risk sports.

Avoid bankruptcy and take a quick minute to do this.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me about important
legislation pending before the U.S. Congress.

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that work on the legislation you
mentioned in your letter will be completed before the 108th
Congress recesses for the year.  

Although Congress is expected to reconvene in early December to
complete work on the intelligence reform bill, it is extremely
unlikely that other legislation will be acted upon during that
timeframe.  As such, all pending legislation will be considered
"dead" at the end of the 108th Congress.  Members, of course, have
the option of reintroducing the legislation during the 109th
Congress.
