Would i be able to get my license now for the 2005 season now or will i have to wait till after Dec 31?

Well you could get a license now.......

....CCS License fees are: $110.00 if purchased prior to 7/1, $75.00 if purchased between 7/1 through 8/31, & $35.00 if purchased
between 9/1 through 12/31.

But it would only be good until 12/31/04 and then you would need to renew it for $110 to race in '05.
