As you all know, Stumpy had an awesome year this year and, this past weekend, wrapped up #1 overall in the Midwest.  His goal was top 10, so I guess he reached it.  He'll chime in later if he ever gets off work, I'm sure.

Now for our thank yous...

Tom Mason, Mason Racin' Tires & Michelin - We couldn't get the job done without you!

Rob Oliva & Ryan Sohn, Lithium Motorsports & Traxxion Dynamics - We look forward to next year!

John "Woody" Wood & JC Powersports

All of our Team Stumpy entourage...Ryan Johnson & family, Woody & the crew, Aunt Judy, and, of course, Stumpy's parents, Jerry & Diane.

Special thanks to Meghan Stiles for helping Stumpy out so much when he was a newbie, Tom Short for being there whenever we needed him...even if it was just for his ear and SuperDave Rosno for his mentoring.

Thanks to the Midwest Safety Crew for helping out Stumpy whenever he came tumbling through.

And to the guys at the track...Brian Johnson, Andy Feuerstahler, Brian Hall, Anthony Connor, Ike Anderson, Brian Baker, Benji Thornton, Jeff Kufalk, Jeff Purk, Jesse Janisch, Dan Ortega, Edgar Dorn, Pierre Montsion, Jeremy Bentz, Sean Wyatt, Kim Berg-Olson, Steve Bergeron, Jonny Moore, Wally Kugler, Brendan Hafner, Don Cook, Mark Schnettler, Paul Buxton and everyone else I'm forgetting (that's the problem with these lists)...we both agree, you guys are what makes it all worth it every weekend.

I think Benji is the cause for all of this when he told Stumpy at the banquet last January, "Stumpy, I'll be #1 and you can be #2." Stumpy admired his confidence.  The rest is history, I guess.

The Team Stumpy Championship party celebrating Stumpy's two #1 plates and Blackhawk championship and Ryan Johnson's 3 class championships will be in November. I'll announce the date as soon as I have it.  Everyone is invited to make the trip to Marquette and it can be your party, too!

Thank you everyone and we look forward to seeing you all next year at the track!

Hey, will your neighbors complain if I run my generator all night to heat the trailer?  ;D

We'll just invite the neighbors.  They are either our age and fun or so elderly they're deaf or drunk already so not a big deal.

Or we'll just plug you into the house.

Team Stumpy - Congrats...you've had a great second season.  It was fun hanging out with you and your family / friends.  Cant wait till next year!

Even us trolls who live under the bridge? ;)

Ya know, it's farther to drive there than it is to drive to BHF!  And I have to go through 3 states to get to BHF :-/ ;)

Thanks for the invite though.

Nice job, and thank you.

I've been lucky enough to have been through many of the opportunities you have, and I've been lucky enough to try to lend input into many championship endevours...some successful, and some not.  They all mean a whole lot to me.

The only problem with winning one is that you just want to win more.

Keep up the work.

Hey Guys,

All I would like to say is that it's been a very special year and you all are a big part of the reason why. We love you, man!

How the heck have you been talking to my pumpkin!  Petey Pumpkin just got out of the motorhome and positioned in front of his lit up corn stalks last night.

Don't make me post pics of you and my pumpkin!

By the way, it was all fun and games 'til we realized we had to pack the 100lb pumpkin somewhere.
