What's spooky is I just "bought" some '51 parts from a guy in Washington state, claiming to be at an AirForceBase, from an e-bay auction where the reserve was not hit. I e-mailed him for a "2nd chance" and have no parts yet. I have a friend in the Coast Guard in Wash., we'll call him. This guy will change his online identity and continue to rip off. Hands, nose, and a knee-cap. >:(

QuoteAll I can see is that you tried to defraud e-bay first, then you got it back your self. what goes around comes around. when you went through e-bay you got your stuff. when you tried to stick them, you got stuck! :-/

Ryan125, You missed the point. The first purchase I made with him went really smooth. I evan gave him good feed back on eBay. How ever the second purchase I made with him outside I ebay is where he defaulted. Then when I decided to go after him.
I called everyone to see what my options were. That's when I was directed to the IFCCFBI.

--UPDATE--
I actually tyalk to him over the weekend. he says he shipped the rim to someone else and they won;t ship it back. He is also claiming that he sent me a check, and it was cashed, but again he didn't send it to me. So after a lot of argueing, he claimns he lost my address, and hasn't had it in 4 months. but he sent the check out 2 months ago. Unfortunately he just can't remenber his lies anymore.

I hope the little fucker gets whats comming to him.!!!!
