Homestead ROC Info

Can anybody point me in the right direction for info about the ROC. Is it like the GNF, Invite only? I've done one weekend with CCS at Moroso and was going to do this weekend there too, but now I'd like to run at Homestead after I get back from the GNF if I can. Thanks in advance. Dan Carr
