Big thanks to H-man for reserving a spot on his trailer for me to get my bike to Gingerman on a very short notice for this past weekend's STT Gingerman event!   ;)  Too bad I didn't get to dice with him though since we were in the different group.  However, it seems that he's doing pretty well out there on his F2!   :)

I was in the Advanced group being passed by almost everyone!   ::)  

H-man was in the Intermediate B group as he is not looking to go fast but trying to be smooth and consistent according to him.

I met H this weekend.  We traded beers, steaks and lies in the great racing tradition.  Then he hooked me up with a can of gas at the end of the day on Sunday.  
Just what we needed.  Another nice guy at the track... ;)

Hey Eddie, I may race but I sure as hell ain't fast. :-[ But I'm getting quicker.  I'll give you a call later on regarding tires.  Oh yeah, look around your garage and see it there's a 3-1/4" o-ring lying around.  It's for the cap of that gas can.  No biggie if it isn't there.

Is the gas leaking?  I haven't stumbled onto any o-rings and one like that would be fairly noticeable.  It shouldn't be leaking though.  The only leaking we had was if you tipped the can when it was more than full (not adviseable), the little air hole would leak slightly.

Yeah, it is leaking from the bottom of the cap.  I should be able to find or fabricate an o-ring/gasket easily enough.
