I think we may be talking about different crashes. 151 and I were the only ones who went down. I can appreciate the fact that he is safety consious, alot of people arent. I being that close to the inside if the track and passing that many people coming into the corner, just cant see how this has happened. Was he trying to follow my line in? Was he beside me and got knocked into the back of me? I just want to understand what happened and where it went wrong. For that matter if I was doing something stupid I would like to know.

QuoteI was wanting to know who exactly it was that t-boned me in the hairpin this weekend in the mwgp? For that matter who else was in the corner at the time when it happened? I have a few questions that I would like answered.

Was this on Sunday. I was working corner 12. I usually watch back to 6 as the races start. We saw the crash. From my vantage point the guy that hit you over-cooked the turn. Unfortunatly that happens a lot there. Sorry to hear about your collar bone, we were just glad it wasn't worse. You may remember the guy that walked you to the corner station. That was my brother.

Rubberducky,  your welcome for the smoke!  How's your shoulder?  Hope to see ya again soon.......just in the pits instead.  By the way my name is Jennifer.  Oh yeah, Turn 12.......thanks for helping out .  And tell your brother for me that I am sorry for getting technical on him.  He'll know what I mean.

my season is over but that wont keep me away. I will be at Barber next month helping in the pits during the endurance. Other wise I will be helping the VHS photography crew sort pics and such. Swing by there camper if your there, I believe I owe you a beer!

As far as my shoulder, I can move my arm around a bit more now. Besides, Im 7ft tall and bullet proof, nothing slows me down. OK maybe thats a bit of a tall tail.

Unfortunately,  I don't see Barber till next year. I will be between Atlanta, Virginia, Jennings, and Homestead for the rest of the season.  The beer sounds good.......tell Vicky hey and all the above.  I'll see you all!!!

:D Me, Him, and Harris had the talk afterwards. He knew it when he said it. No assessments.

TrackBrat

Kool...see ya next trip and tell Harris to feel free to call me if needs an extra hand.  I play in traffic with cars too.  :D

Hey Jennifer, I figured you might get a kick out of this. I picked up my pics from VHSPHOTOGRAPHY and at the end of my crash sequence there is a shot of us smoking. You got to love that. Just crashed, broke my collar bone, trashed my bike, helmet, leathers. I dont need no stinkin water-give me a cigarette! If you would of had a beer there for me, that would have been really cool. Thanks again.

TrackBrat

Nice!!!  Gotta see that picture! Oh yeah, an ice cold keg would have been the ticket.  ;)

Chuck

Somehow corner working and drinking beer sounds like a disaster.
