What the hell does this mean? Ive noticed a few people have it as part of their profile on the left of their posts under their username and avatar

It's the default slogan referring to the original developers of this bulletin board. If you look at the bottom of every page, it states that its "powered by YaBB 1 Gold SP 1.1"
