CCS License? Hardcopy

I heard the machine for making the licenses is down...

is this true? I have not receieved anything from CCS as far as license, paperwork, etc but have been told by the coordinator where I took the class that I have been issued a number.

Is there someone I can contact about receiving the actual race license and not just knowing my "number"?

Need to make photocopies for sponsors and such. Thanks
