Since when did the Roebling event get changed from a twin sprint event with no GT races to a Twin Sprint with a GTO on Saturday and the GTU on Sunday?? >:(

I was told by CCS that there were no GT races ran during twin sprint weekends.

Now I have to rob the local gas station to pay for this event :P

Any thoughts on WTF happened?

Scott, where you been?... It's been like that all year. The new twin sprint event format this year is GT races once and sprints twice.

OOOPs??  I seem to remember talking with CCS and having them tell me that GT races were not held during twin sprints... well, sorry for the ranting, guess I should've double checked all the schedules to confirm earlier in the year :-[

But, have they even had all the schedules of events for all the weekends up since the beginning of the season so I could have done that ???

Scott,
The schedules for each event have been sketchy as far as having the ability to reviw them beforehand. I wanted to see the schedule for the VIR event in Sept... no can do. And you are going to Roebling as well... this will be my first time there. BTW this is Dave Cross 696x, used to race a TL1000.. now I am on a ZX6RR, trying to get used to the 600 still, you got the better of me at VIR.. though I can't complain it being my first weekend there. We are close in point standings  for some of the classes. Luckily I was running a bit better than you at Summit in May. Oh I meant to ask you. were you having brake problems on Sunday at VIR?? In the warmup lap of one race you totally blew the uphill section and to do a bit of dirt tracking ( Iwas behind you  ) and in the same race, you missed your mark going underneath the bridge. This is not a knock, just an observation, since we have raced side by side in a number of races and you are one of the guys I have no reservations about getting close to, since you are smooth and stick to your commited lines. Just seemed like that day you were a bit off or equipment problems  ;D Whatever the case may be, good luck at Roebling.. see you there and I have a post here about searching for a travel share to Roebling, to cut down on expenses and having to drive all that way alone. I have a trailer that fits two bikes and am only taking one... so if you are looking to not have to rob that gasstation by saving on the travel let me know. I am coming out of NY.....
