I have a slight problem.  A business owner in Clovis, CA sold me $3000 worth of Ducati parts 8 weeks ago.  Only problem is, I have not received any parts yet even though he cashed my check immediately upon receiving it.  These were parts he had in stock!
I need to speak with someone who can do some recon for me!

Is he a Ducati store owner?  If so, call Ducati directly for leverage.

no, he is a non-franchised dealer.  More of a race shop where they sell and paint bodywork, dealer for lots of aftermarket companies like Parts Unlimited, Tucker, OZ, Marchesini, etc.
