I see that this race weekend is a SE one
where or who do i mail my pre reg to?
isn't the format different as in practice on Friday and race sat and sunday?
just never done a SE race and would like to know how it runs

thanks

I'd like to know how the whole twin sprints thing works myself.  Is it still practice Friday, or racing Friday?  Will they still be running the GTO?  So one GTO, two super sports and two GPs?  If that's the case...how much?  GTO = 70, GP x2 = 140, SSUA x 2 = 70 and 50?

Not sure exactly how it'll be this yea b/c they are running the GT races this year.
But last year it was all the races on Sat and all again on Sun., but in reverse order. No GT races

This year they are running GT races, but only once, I think.

Don't know about friday practice days.
Pricing is $70 first race, $50 second, and $35 for every one after that... no matter WHEN it is. the weekend is counted as 1 WHOLE weekend. so 2 races on Sat and 2 on sun means.. $70, 50, 35, 35

Practice on Friday is sponsored by the track management at Roebling Road.  Very reasonable fees in the past.  Pre registration has not been needed, but please check with Richard and Kaye McCloye, 888 398-RACE.

Last year only sprint races were held on Saturday and Sunday.  The running order was reversed between the days.  This year we intend to run the GTs.  The GTs will be split to run on Saturday and Sunday,  as yet the final schedule is not published, but think of GTO and GT light plus a full Sprint schedule on Saturday and GTU plus full Sprint, reversed, schedule on Sunday.

All purse paying entries are $70, as is your first non-purse paying entry.  Your second entry is $50.  Your third and all subsequent entries are $35.

So, if entered a GT race($70), a Supersport ($70 for first entry) and Superbike ($50) for Saturday, your Sunday Supersport ($35) and Superbike ($35), would be cheaper!

You can pre enter on line, but pay attention to the line under your credit card information, thats where you say if you are racing Saturday only, Sunday only or both days!!

Here's the thing though...

I'll be in GTO.  So that's 70 bux.  Then I'll be in GPUnlimited.  2 races right?  GP is a purse paying race, so that's 70x2.  Then I'll be in Supersport Unlimited...so that's 70 for the first non purse paying race and then my second being 50...right?  So I'm looking at 330 bux.   :o

Quoteis richard and kaye inchage for southeast events

They are the on site track managers for the Bucaneer Region of SCCA and sponsor/conduct the Friday practice.

I have the dubious honor of being the CCS SE Region  Race Director  ;)
