QuoteThere was a racer at BHF this weekend who was by himself, wrenching on his home-built 125cc Cagiva. I don't think he ever turned more than a lap all weekend. Seized it. Rebuilt it. And seized it again. He was working his tail off all weekend. But he always had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. It had been a long time since he had raced and he was just happy to be back.

I was pitted next to him and helped him out a couple of times, as did a few other guys. There were a few things he just couldn't do by himself, despite his determination. His right arm was totally paralyzed from a previous street accident. Yet there he was, setting up his pit, unloading his bike, working on it non-stop, etc. Not to mention suiting up and riding it.

Amazing and inspiring.

That blew me away! What an insperation to us all! The determination alone is just amazing! What an attitude to have!! "2 thumbs up" !!!!!!!

Chad, Chad, Chad.... Im glad that helped but Dude, But I was so gun shy this weekend after that mess At R/A. (severe head problems)! One just dont realize how much the cahonies shrink after a few months off of racing! lol I took the Learning Curves advanced shcool on Monday and my goodness what an eye opener. With any luck I will be back to my former race ready self at the next BHF! I cant wait to put together what we talked about and worked on in class. I got with Billy Casper and the crew at Motovid.com and we mounted a camera on my Buell for the second track session for school. O.M.G....!! What an awsome, awsome learning tool this is!! They are suppose to be posting my video on there web sight sometime this week. I encurage everyone that truley wants to really learn to better there riding skills and reduce there lap times to invest in videotaping a good practice session. I just cant say enough good things about Motovid.com  and Learning curves getting together. You thought you learned alot by following me last time? Come and follow me at the next BHF! We are going to have a LOT of fun!! If you get a chance to look at the video i encurage it. I can spot at least a dozen things that I need to change. If they for some reason dont post my video an there websight, come over to the trailer at the next BHF and watch it. Were going to be having some BIG fun now Chad!  ;D

Mark I too believe the next BHF will be awesome for all.  8)  I am planning on being at the next blackhawk from friday through maybe Monday so I will definately stop by your trailer.  The last event was so screwed up for me because I had to pack up and go home each night so I didnt get around much.
