Please pass on to any and all who may be interested.

CCS will be holding a Lockhart-Phillips sponsored Sport Rider Day on Friday,
April 30th.  We are scheduled for the main circuit and look forward to a
good turn out of Sport Riders, Racers and MARRC RRC students prior to our
first race weekend at Summit Point.  The L-P SRD events provide a venue for
street riders to experience the track under controlled conditions as well as
an opportunity for racers to dust off the cob webs of the winter.
Additionally, those who wish to vie for a competition license may do so in
MARRC's Road Race Clinic.

CCS provides nominal reimbursement to corner workers on L-P SRD events.
Please let us know if you will be available.  We need a minimum of 6-7
workers, but do budget for 10.  We'll fill the slots on a first come basis.
Registration opens by 7:30AM, corner workers meeting at 8:00AM, riders
meeting at 8:30AM, on track at 9:00.  Checkered flag at 5:00PM.

How much is the racer practice for Friday?  Never been to Summit.  Do they have camping/power?

I believe it is 75.00 for licensed CCS racers :D

gate fee should be $25 (which covers camping, as oppose to VIR), electric should be $20 for the weekend, with a $10 deposite for the key/lock. you find the box you want to rent, then go pay them at the gate and get the key for that box. Return the key/lock at the end of the weekend and get your $10 back. There are 2 bathrooms and shower buildings in the Main course paddock.

I have no idea. I called the track office yesterday and spoke with a very nice lady who told me gates open @ 7am Friday. You can call too, if you want to double check. Here is the number off their website.  (304) 725-8444
