I only saw one in the WERA races with the 600s.  I think he was mid pack.  I can't remimber the guys name. ( Monty) I think

I have no idea about Summit, but in general the tighter the track the better the motards will do.  Motards are great for corner speed and acceleration (light weight with good midrange), but will fall back as the straights get longer and don't handle hard braking as well as a sportbike.

A lot of it also matters on the bike too, a stock 450 might make 45 hp, a worked 650 might be over 60 hp.  A 60hp, 240 lb motard is going to be pretty competitive with a 70hp, 350lb SV.  Proper suspension setup and ride heights are also critical, as they are so different from a dirt setup.

A good rider on a well set up motard can romp ultra-lightweight on all but the fastest tracks, and can run with the SVs in lightweight on the tighter tracks.

Monty Warsig maybe?  He's fast for real.  I don't think Summit would favor a motard.

Yup, Monty Warsing runs a Motard. He also runs it at a local indoor Go-Kart race track....but that's another evil in-and-of-itself.  ::)

I've gone there a few times over the winter and Steve Harris graciously let me flog and repeatedly crash his XR100.  That is so much fun it should be illegal.  Them motard guys are fast, but the motorcrossers are sick. ;D
