OK, I just bought a new set of EBC rotors.  The instructions state that if the rotor is not perfectly centered in the caliper, that I will need to "shim" the caliper.  Anyone have any ideas where I can get shims?  I was thinking of using washers, but I'd rather do it right.

Anything you can use will work.  You can file down the caliper a bit or the fork leg too.  Shouldn't be a whole lot.

You did the rotors, eh?

Yeah, I figured that I needed to burn up that nice tax return...LOL  No, really, my rotors were getting pretty ugly.  I was going to take your advice and go with stock rotors & vesrah pads, but when I called Honda and found out that the stock rotors were $185 each, I chocked and decided to go with the EBC setup and save some money.

If you find that you have to shim the caliper outward, I'd be sure to use grade 8 or better washers.  With a lesser grade (non hardened or case hardened) I'd be worried about it compressing and getting loose.  A little time with a file and feeler gauges will get them to the correct thickness.
