DanO is seriously fast... that guy Bill from Ohio who stayed by us was also right up there with Andy, Mike & Co. - and it was his first time at BHF.   :o

Rob940:

It wasn't Ike that dismounted from the trailer, it was Shawn practicing his gymnastic skills.

I'm bad with names anyways.  ;D

And as for Kim and her TLR. Shes lucky I only got to race the last 2 BHF events. If I had insurance form teh start of the year, I would had been faster than her. ;D ;D

Mental note, make sure I work the corners for her races. ;D

Awww, Ooompa Loompa... I've got it on good authority that you'll be working the FRONT GATE next year, so you might as well come race.  What the heck, I turn better lap times when I know you're behind me.  Just to make it worthwhile, I propose the loser pays the winner's entry fee. ;D

Hey Ike,

Us 1st year guys gotta stick together, ya know?  A win is a win is a win, and you beat Michael by a wheel as opposed to me losing to him by a wheel last time in MWGP.  Great job!  ;D

And based on how lap times seems to have come down at BHF even from 2 weeks prior, where 17's put someone in the lead, I would have been lucky to keep you in guys in sight!

Anyway, wondered what your (and everyones) thoughts are on turning expert next year?  Should a 1st year person get a chance to contend for a championship the next year (someone who did not do several races per region and therefore missed out on points) OR should it be based on placements when he/she (hi Kim) does show up ???

  well steve,
first, you're correct in the win is a win, mike couldnt draft me, cuz i bobbled turn seven so, that he had to get on the side of me, but the split second that i got back on the throttle was the difference at the checkered, had i done it rite, he'd of drafted me and prob won by a bike ;D  oh well, i'll take it  ;D ;D ;D

but as far as going expert next year,........
i think that it should be up to the individual feeling safe and or good about it, everyone seems to stay back the extra year to feel competitive, i like the option, and i'd like to have a good amatuer year b4 going expert, i'll say it, the money spent this year along with the learning process (for me) would feel much better with another am year, rather than learning what i wish i knew in march waaaay later, and then trying to compete with kevin/chris and tez (and the rest of the top 10 experts) ..... i feel fairly fast, and confident, but hell, i aint seen andy firestarter in a race all year :-[  and the only reason mike was behind me was the grid, and the people he had to get by, i held it, but im not consistant enough to catch and pass them, i want more experience, we're fast, but i guess like fastasskevin124 said, since everyone else sandbags, why take a chance at top 10 when you have a better chance at top 5 or even 3.... did i mention money???
