Hey Everybody,
I found this cool website for researching weather history.  Why would you care about weather history you ask?  How about for judging your chances of having a nice day for a future track day or race weekend!  Here is the site

http://www.almanac.com/weatherhistory/index.php

You can enter a date for any past year and see what the weather did on that day.  Here is an example of how I use it.  We have a track day at Heartland Park Topeka coming up on April 18th.  The weather on April 18th, 2003 in Topeka was high temperature of 81 and .07 inches of rain.
April 18th, 2002 - high 86 / no rain
April 18th, 2001 - high 61 / no rain
April 18th, 2000 - high 83 / no rain
April 18th, 1999 - high 69 / no rain

Based on the last 5 years, odds are that we are going to have awesome weather for our track day.  Whether you attend one of our events or someone elses, this is a great planning tool.  Check it out!

Keep it on 2 wheels and a puck, see you at the track!
