 What are the parameters for the two week deadline? Postmark or date received? Also, if running two classes that have mandatory $70 fees-GP/GTO, is the third class $35?

Dawn

The registration must be received in their office prior to the two week deadline.  That's why I prefer fax or the on-line form.

The mandatory $70.00 class fees do not count toward the price breaks.

Date received governs the deadline.  You may FAX your pre-entry, but it is suggested you followup with a call, or use the online site https://ourshop.merchanthost.net/ccs/pre-enter.html.  No sense in paying express service fees or sweating USPS delivery schedules.

All purse paying CCS races have a $70 registration fee, as does your first non purse paying race.  Your second non purse paying race is $50.  All other non purse paying races are $35.  If you run a twin sprint weekend, you enjoy the benefit of reduced fees on the second day's races as the sliding scale applys to an event (weekend).

Thank you for the quick response.

There's a two week deadline on pre-registering?  Why is that?  I haven't gotten my license yet...so I assume that means there's no way I'll be able to pre-reg huh?   ::)

Dawn

If you know you have a number (you don't need the hard card) you can pre-register.  If you are not a current CCS license holder, you will need to become one before pre-registering.

Does that help?

Dawn   ;)

I'll be sending in my license app here in any day now, but I don't think you'll be getting me my # in enough time.  :(

Dawn

You can still register at the track, but once you have your license, this won't be an issue any longer.

Good luck!

You can register for license and enter races all at the same time. The license must be an oringinal signed formso you must snail or Fed Ex that in if not done at track.

Her Eric!  I was thinkin...  Since you're a big-time CCS official, and you're riding with us in the Team Challenge, does that mean that we automatically win? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;) ;) ;) ::) ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

Yep right now before the race starts we are in the lead.   ;D  Now once we are gridded and race actually starts we may not be. :-[
