I don't think what we have here in the US will visually look different.

I got a chance to sample a lot of different stuff last year.  Rode on what was going to be the new 2004 M2 tires.  They were great, and they lasted forever too.  I was really quite shocked.

Stuff we had at Daytona was good.  Unique for Daytona, but really, really cool.

I talked to Michelin at the dealer expo in indy.  They stated that this seasons race tire will not look different visually.  A different look may be on hold until 2005.

Hey Guy's, The Pilot Power will be released about June or July this year. The Power Race will be developed during this season. My thoughts are it may not replace the Pilot Race you now know but, will be an added tool to the bag of tricks Michelin racers can choose from for race solutions.

I was not at the world press intro of the Pilot Power out in Vegas back in January, but some of the folks that had a chance to ride them thought they may have been on the race version. They are that good. I am looking forward to the real race version.

Tom, is that the one that might be a good cooler weather/a little damp tire?

And who does the Michelin Tire service around Summit and VIR?  Someone was looking for them, but no one seemed to have an answer.

Got to thank you, Walt, Dave, Frank, and Ron for all the good help at Daytona.

Yes, The thread pattern is going to be better for the conditions you made note of. We should get some to test with you and your guy's soon.

Glad to have been able to help in some small way. Sorry to not have been able to get out of my cage much to check up on the happenings in the pits.

You need to get a hold of Walt Schaefer, he should know the plan about VIR and Summit.

Super Dave

Duh, Walt...

You caged?  Well, my feet were stylin'...

You had bigger things to work with.  Lots and lots and lots of tires.

I have a hard time with 192C, 324L, etc...I can't even imagine the numbers floating in your head.
