Further, I had someone mention that there is a Team Challenge this weekend.  Is that true?

Hi guys!  I have the Summit schedule for Sept 7-8 (as well as a couple of other races)!  They should be on our website within the next couple of hours.  Oh, and there is NO team challenge at Summit this weekend--I don't know who started that rumor!  There is, however, a LP USA Team Privateer Sport Rider Day on September 6th.  This day is open to everyone (including non-licensed riders).  To enter this day, all you have to do is show up and enter at the track.  The cost for non-licensed riders for their first time at one of our LP USA days is $125, for a returning sport rider or a CCS licensed rider it is $100, and for a pre-entered CCS licensed rider (pre-entered for the race weekend) the cost is $75.  Registration for our Sport Rider Day opens at 7am, and bikes go on track at 8am.  If you have any questions, please give us a call in Fort Worth, we'll be happy to help.

I saw the teamchallange thing listed in roadracing world

Of course not having the schedule posted two weeks prior to the pre-entry deadline puts a real crimp in scheduling your events between saturday and sunday.  It is now 4pm on the east coast and the September schedule has not yet been posted.

I try to coordinate with my sponsor approximate times for different events on the weekends.  Without having the schedule posted when I pre enter, I can't pass information on to the sponsor, let alone try to enter events so that I am not going out back to back.  It seems to be a small task that could be addressed by ccs.

I hope that friday evening registration still takes place.  That is a huge help to the racers.

So at 4:15 when I go back to the CCS site to check the schedule, what to my wondering eyes do I see?  Not just the Summit Point schedule but, also VIR for Oct.

Thanks Tiffany

If the Sport Rider Day is as big as I think it will be, we'll be hard pressed to get bikes on track by 8am.  The "typical" schedule says the "New Street Rider Orientation" starts at 8 with the Track Sessions starting at 8:30, which I think is a more reasonable estimate.

Regular CCS entries will be taken once the Sport Rider Day gets underway -- say about 9:30 or 10am until 4:00 in the afternoon.  I'll be there all day, so I doubt there will be an "evening" registration too.  So, come see us and register during the day.

"ok 5..just leave it alone"

"control..it's phsycially *IN* the hottub"

"5? *IN* the hottub??"

"that's correct control"

"Ok 5. We'll send someone from BSR over"
