Since the contingency isn't posted do you still fill out a form for the first race (EX: February 22)?

YES!

Use the 2003 form until the 2004 is released, most of these folks are coming back, so they will pay off the first race/old form.

We hope to have a preliminary form to Firebird in time, but if not please use the 2003 forms.
