Super Dave

Have you been waiting?

New Visionsports' programs for 2004 at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in Rockton, Illinois.

First, Visionsports' Racer University (VRU) will have three program dates prior to three Championship Cup Series events.  VRU dates are:

    • May 6th
    • July 15th
    • August 26th
    Visionsports' Racer University
programs are special small groups of instruction for road racing license holders that do race with regularity.  "It is apparent that there was a difference between a racer raced with regularity versus more recreationally.  This program is for a rider that needs that extra bit of input into their set up and riding for regular amateur and expert club racing."

Enrollees will will work with Chief Instructor "Super" Dave Rosno exclusively.  Enrollments are limited to eight racers.

Visionsports Riding Schools Thrills & Skills' program will take place at Blackhawk on the following tentative dates:

      • May 10th
      • May 31st
      • July 19th
      • August 30th
      • September 20th[/b]
The Visionsports' Thrills & Skills' program is for new racers, sport riders, and current track day riders.  These programs are held within Championship Cup Series' Sport Rider Days.

Vanson Leathers are available for rental at these events.

Dave Rosno will be available at various location for independent one on one or small group instructions.  Further information pending negotiation.

VRU needs to make a road trip or I have to figure out how to get my bike there

      Super Dave

I can do road trips.  That's part of the other stuff.  Either you can set it up with me as a group at a track day, etc, whatever, or we can do it one on one at something like Sportbike Track Time.

      That help?

      I'll be here.

I'll be coordinating these dates so that we can keep the pricing structure reasonable.  The VRU dates are pre-entry only.  I need them to be full and basically complete about a month before the event.

I don't have an enrollment form as of yet.  That will be up soon.

;)  Looking forward to it Dave.  I already know that it will be the best investment and quickest way to cut my lap times already.    8)

are you going to be able to do a VSU at the track that you will be at for FUSA?  Or could your VSU be done on the practice day prior the FUSA events?  Thats also me assuming you will run the full FUSA dates like Barber, VIR, and Summit.  If this is at all possible then I would like to take the privite classes then.. but I do not want to hinder your time in learning the new track so you can race effectivly

      Super Dave

Most tracks I have been to around the country.  Barber and VIR would be two new ones to me.

As for doing a school on the practice day...no.

My Formula USA program is "Super Dave's Race Against Childhood Cancer".  I will be working to set up interviews, etc. prior.  A portion of my purse winnings will go to Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, the MACC Fund.  If I can produce some more funding, I'll be giving all of my purse money.

Additonally, we'll have T-Shirts, etc. for sale that will help the MACC Fund.  So, I'll be tied up.

I might have something going on with Sportbike Track Time, and that would be an avenue to pursue, but I'm waiting for details.  I know that we'll probably stay out east between Loudon and VIR...But is VIR off the schedule for FUSA?

you are right VIR is off.  But why???  VIR is a much better track than summit.

OK. about the other stuff. I have to figure out a way to get the training.

      Super Dave

      I don't have an answer...

But if a bigger spectator event took its place...Money would talk.
