Looks like it's back to the street corner for my ups ;D
Luckily Twin Labs Ripped Fuel is at an all time low price even though it's officially on borrowed time...

It's not easy working at a desk and staying 6'1" & 165 lbs.  Oh well, I missed you Jolt Cola but at least now you come in 4 different flavors  :-/

Check out the product "Accelerator2" from Mannatech

email Kevin and ask him for a sample.  It's ephedrine free, but packs a HELL of a punch.

Amazing how the government is taking such a slow, cautious approach to making it illegal..... quotes from a CNN story:

"The FDA also issued a consumer alert warning the public to stop buying and using ephedra immediately. The government will issue a regulation "in a matter of a few weeks" that would make it illegal to sell products containing ephedra within 60 days of that notice, McClellan said."

So this means that it won't become illegal to sell until at least March.  And this is 7 years since it was directly traced to the death of a college student in Florida.

Guess that'll just make sure all the existing supplies become a hot product and the manufacturers don't have to take a loss!

Kind of makes the following quote sound a little hollow:

"The time to stop using these products is now," Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson told reporters.

You would think if they really meant it they would take the product off the market immediately!

But isn't the biggest problem the end user?  Over use?  Kind of like alcohol.  In moderation, it's fine.  Above that, hey, people can die.

Yes, I'll agree on that. I've been using it for a couple years, on & off, in moderation and I'm still alive :)

My favorite ephedra product was Ripped Fuel, manufactured by Twin Labs.  The instructions said 2 pills, 3 times a day.  I tried that once and was high as a kite, I actually had to leave work early... I preffered 1 pill 3 times a day.  The guys at GNC told me many people were going over instructions on the bottle.  The FDA says 100 people have died from ephedra, how many people in the past 10 years have died from McDonalds, Tylenol or alcohol???  I think it's a plot, "the man" just wants more fat American's  ;D

Does anyone know where/if you can stil get Ripped Fuel?  I called one GNC and they didn't stock it anymore.

Just wondering if GNC did this company-wide, or if I can find it somewhere else before it's gone for good.

GNC and Hi-Health has pulled out all ephedra products, you might be able to find some at smaller place that sells supplements...if not...
